Are you looking for an exciting opportunity and challenge to flex your web content skills while working for a leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand? As Website Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing dependencies for new and ongoing website projects, from consulting on site mockups, ensuring they align with web standards, to working with brand leads and reporting on website marketing objectives.
Getting There
- Consulting Local Marketing Teams: Manage marketing briefs and requests for new websites and integrated marketing campaigns. Act as the main point of contact for the internal development team and local marketing teams. Provide project-support and oversee the continuous development of Colgate Palmolive’s websites (brand consumer sites and Corporate site), ensuring best-practice, compliance with relevant regulations, and appropriate new tech is applied to improve marketing efforts
- Ongoing Platform Updates: support the ongoing audit of websites and content recommendations to improve accessibility, usability and navigation
- Functional Improvements: work with internal teams and external vendor leads to coordinate new requests for websites to improve user experience and capabilities
- Project Management: Lead matrix team to implement global platform initiatives
- Website KPIs and Performance: provide reporting support on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, working with dedicated reporting teams as and when required
- Vendor Management
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Business, Project Management, Related Field
- At least 3 years hands on experience with content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal
- At least 2 years experience in HTML, web publishing, metadata, SEO and Google Analytics
- At least 1 year Experience with project tracking and ticketing systems JIRA, Trello or Workfront etc
- Highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team – 3 years experience
- Previous hands on experiences with content management systems e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal – 2 years experience
- Knowledge of HTML, web publishing, metadata, SEO and Google Analytics – 2 years experience
- Experience with project tracking and ticketing systems JIRA, Trello, Workfront etc
- Able to develop and maintain good relationships with all internal clients
- Attention to detail. Ensuring content and website content and functionality have been double checked and accurate before going live
- Comfortable working with short timelines, multi-task and meet deadlines
